Role Overview:
The IT Supervisor oversees the day-to-day operations of the IT support and infrastructure team ensuring the delivery of efficient secure and reliable technology services across all organization-supported practices. This role serves as a hands-on technical leader who manages helpdesk operations supervises IT staff and ensures that IT systems and services align with organizational needs and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily operations of IT support infrastructure and systems administration teams
- Serve as escalation point for complex technical issues across hardware software and network systems
- Coordinate helpdesk ticket resolution and ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met
- Oversee the deployment maintenance and support of IT assets including workstations servers network equipment and business applications
- Assist with planning and implementing IT projects including new practice openings acquisitions and system upgrades
- Support compliance with HIPAA HITECH and other healthcare-related regulations through secure IT operations
- Maintain documentation for systems processes inventory and technical procedures
- Collaborate with cybersecurity clinical systems and operational teams to ensure technology alignment
- Train coach and evaluate IT support staff fostering continuous improvement and professional development
- Participate in budget planning and IT asset management
- Monitor system performance and uptime across the organizations environments
Requirements:
- Associates or Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field
- 4 years of experience in IT support or systems administration with 12 years in a supervisory or team lead role
- Strong technical knowledge of Windows environments servers networking and user support tools
- Familiarity with healthcare IT systems and HIPAA compliance is preferred
- Experience using ticketing systems (e.g. Zendesk Freshservice ServiceNow) and remote support tools
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills with a customer service mindset
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Certifications preferred: CompTIA A Network Microsoft ITIL or related

Position Base Pay Range
$88000 - $91170 USD
