Boston Medical Center Brighton a member of Boston Medical Center Health System is seeking afull- or part-time Neonatologistto join our growing collaborative network serving Boston Medical Center Brighton and Boston Medical Center South (Brockton MA). This role includes providing high-quality neonatal care across our Level III NICU Special Care Nursery and Well Baby Nursery environments.

Position Summary

The Neonatologist will join a well-established group of neonatologists and pediatric hospitalists who provide comprehensive family-centered care across the system. The clinical commitment spans both locations for a total of0.61.0 FTE offering flexibility in scheduling and a supportive team-based care model.

The network includes:

• 18-bed Level III NICUat Boston Medical Center Brighton
• 10-bed Special Care NurseryandWell Baby Nurseryat Boston Medical Center South

Faculty appointment atBoston University School of Medicineis available commensurate with experience within our academic and clinical partnership.

Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient clinical care in the NICU Special Care Nursery and Well Baby Nursery.
• Participate in multidisciplinary rounds care coordination and family communication.
• Collaborate closely with neonatologists pediatric hospitalists nurses and ancillary staff to deliver evidence-based neonatal care.
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives across the neonatal service.
• Engage in teaching of residents and medical students as appropriate.

Qualifications

• MD or equivalent degree.
• Board certification or eligibility inPediatricsandNeonatal-Perinatal Medicine.
• Eligibility for medical licensure in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
• Commitment to high-quality clinical care teamwork and serving diverse patient populations.

Compensation range: $250482 to $308364

The base salary of the finalist selected for this role will be determined based on a variety of factors including but not limited to clinical FTE qualifications experience education board certifications specialty training and scope of practice. The above hiring range represents a good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. Any eligible incentive compensation is not included in the above compensation range and will be discussed during the interview process.
