Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking an LPN/LVN for a contract role supporting outpatient clinical operations in Bronxville NY.
Requirements:
Graduate of an accredited LPN program (Required)
Active NYS LPN License & Registration (Required)
Knowledge of infection control performance improvement and delegation principles (Required)
1 year Epic EMR experience (Preferred)
Experience as a Medical Assistant in OBGYN (Preferred)
Bilingual Spanish due to patient population (Preferred)
Must be willing to float to other sites as needed
Responsibilities:
Provide safe quality nursing care under RN/Physician supervision
Assist with patient intake vitals documentation and clinical procedures
Support OBGYN-related patient care activities as applicable
Maintain accurate EMR documentation and ensure workflow efficiency
Follow all infection control and safety protocols
Deliver excellent patient service and communication
Float to additional clinic sites based on operational needs
