Hackensack Meridian Health is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physician to join an established and growing primary care team in Toms River New Jersey. Position Details:
- Excellent Work-Life Balance: Enjoy a predictable Monday-Friday 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM schedule.
- No Evenings or Weekends: Your personal time is yours to enjoy.
- No Hospital Call: Focus entirely on outpatient care without the burden of hospital rounds.
- Manageable Patient Volume: See an average of 20-25 patients per day allowing for meaningful patient interaction and quality care.
- Dedicated Clinical Support: Work efficiently with your own dedicated Certified Medical Assistant (CMA).
- Shared Practice Call: A light telephone-only call is shared on a fair rotation among 3 physicians.

REQUIREMENTS:
- M.D. or D.O. degree from an accredited institution
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- Active New Jersey medical license CDS and DEA (or ability to obtain)
Starting Minimum Rate
Minimum Starting Base Salary: $216675

Education and Certifications: Degrees attained residencies fellowships board certifications research and publications.
Productivity: Levels of productivity quality and patient satisfaction.
Skills: Demonstrated proficiency in relevant skills and competencies.
Geographic Location: Cost of living and market rates for the specific location.
Internal Equity: Compensation is determined in a manner consistent with compensation ranges for similar roles within the specialty and/or sub-specialty.
Budget and Grant Funding: Departmental budgets and any grant funding associated with the job position may impact the pay that can be offered.
In addition to our compensation for full-time and part-time (20 hours/week) positions HMH offers a comprehensive benefits package including health dental vision tuition reimbursement and retirement benefits. The final compensation and benefits package will be discussed during the interview process.
