Certified Surgical Technologist
Location: Denver CO
Employment Type: Permanent Full-Time
Schedule: Days Rotating Weekends
Shift Options: 4x10s or 3x12s
Start Times: 6:30 AM or 9:00 AM
Compensation: $26.52$40.90/hr
On-Call Differential: $2.00/hr
Sign-On Bonus: $15000
Relocation Assistance: $5000 (for candidates residing 75 miles away)

Position Overview

Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking Certified Surgical Technologistfor an exciting job in Denver CO.

Required Qualifications

Current State of Colorado Surgical Registry (DORA).
BLS certification.
Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) through NBSTSA.
Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technology Program.
Minimum of one year of experience as a Surgical Technologist in an operating room setting.

Responsibilities

Provide advanced scrub support across multiple surgical specialties.
Prepare operating rooms by setting up instruments supplies and equipment for current and upcoming procedures.
Assist surgical teams by anticipating needs managing instrumentation and maintaining strict aseptic technique.
Break down clean and restock rooms following procedures to ensure readiness and compliance.
Serve as a mentor and preceptor for new hires and surgical technology students.
Troubleshoot equipment issues and ensure availability of specialty instruments for high-acuity cases.
Support a wide range of advanced surgical services including:
- Revision Total Joints
- Ophthalmology/Retinal
- Vascular & Complex Vascular
- Complex Spine with Navigation
- Pediatrics
- Major Orthopedics
- Free Flaps / Limb Preservation
- Craniofacial
- Cardiac
Participate in on-call rotations (must reside within 30 minutes of the facility).
