iOS Tech Lead Initial 3- Month Contract

Are you an iOS development rockstar ready to take the lead in Melbourne Australia Were seeking a talented and experienced iOS Tech Lead to guide our high-performing this pivotal role youll be the technical voice partnering with major organizations to turn their requirements into polished high-performance apps.

• Architect scalable and maintainable iOS app solutions using Swift and industry-standard design patterns (MVVM Clean Architecture)
• Lead and mentor a team of iOS developers conducting code reviews unblocking team members and ensuring timely delivery
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into actionable technical roadmaps
• Champion best practices in software development including unit testing (XCTest) UI testing and CI/CD automation (Jenkins/Bitrise)
• Ensure adherence to security protocols performance standards and quality assurance measures for enterprise-level apps
• Stay up-to-date with the latest iOS technologies and trends fostering innovation within the team

Qualifications :

• Proven expertise in iOS app development with Swift and Objective-C
• Extensive experience delivering enterprise-level iOS apps in large-scale environments
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of successfully leading and mentoring iOS development teams
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and manage client expectations
• Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies and delivery-focused mindset
