Position Summary
Astra Health West is seeking detail-oriented and reliable individuals to join our team as Remote Appointment Schedulers. This is a long-term permanent work-from-home position with paid training and flexible scheduling options. This position supports patients caregivers and clinical staff by coordinating appointments and ensuring accurate scheduling processes. The role is fully remote and offers long-term employment with paid training.
No prior healthcare or scheduling experience is required.
Key Responsibilities

Schedule confirm and reschedule patient appointments in accordance with established procedures

Communicate professionally with patients caregivers and internal staff via phone and electronic systems

Maintain accurate and up-to-date appointment records

Send appointment reminders and follow-up communications as needed

Coordinate schedules with clinical and administrative teams

Ensure confidentiality and compliance with company policies at all times
Qualifications

Must reside within the United States

Minimum age of 18

Reliable internet connection and a suitable remote work environment

Basic computer proficiency and strong attention to detail

Clear verbal and written communication skills

Ability to manage time effectively and work independently
Prior scheduling or healthcare experience is not required; training will be provided.
