Job Summary

JOB SUMMARY

Student Worker for Division of Continuing Education and Professional Studies.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

All responsibilities of general office worker including Microsoft Word Excel PowerPoint and social media development. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to handle inquiries regarding the division and course offerings. Assist in recruitment marketing onboarding communication and closure with students. Project management research and data entry and analysis.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Familiarity with department/office procedures. Social media fluency. Strong verbal/written communication skills. Research and writing skills.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Prior experience working in an office setting; graphic design and marketing experience..

SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS

Provide verification of FWS grant.
