Riderwood Village by Erickson Senior LivingWe are seeking a Rehab Therapy Technician PRN to join our Rehab team!
As a Rehab Therapy Technician you will provide clinical and clerical support to the assisted living and skilled nursing rehab staff. In this role you will assist staff with daily tasks maintain equipment ensure compliance with care standards and provide excellent customer service while consistently monitoring and implementing quality initiatives.
PRN availability must be weekdays between the hours of 8am - 4:30pm

How you will make an impact
Ensuring the resident care policies and procedures are followed in compliance with applicable quality of care standards.
Assisting clinical rehabilitation staff with the preparation of treatment area customer transport (ambulatory or wheelchair) to and from the Rehab department. Assisting with patient treatment only under the approved supervisory rules and regulations pertaining to each discipline.
Maintaining the cleaning maintenance and inventory of all Rehab equipment.
Scheduling rehabilitation appointments.
Consistently and appropriately responding to the needs and concerns of residents families and visitors in a pleasant respectful and courteous manner.
What you will need
Experience working with geriatrics preferred.
Requires an independent self-motivated organized and flexible individual
Strong computer skills
Strong customer service skills
Ability to multitask
Must have CPR certification
