UNIT WORKS LIAISON SNCO

Responsibilities

Register and record all works requirements (SONs or likewise) and submit them to DIO/MAB HQ for action.

Follow the physical progress of the works and brief OC Estates/HoE accordingly

Maintain a site photographic library for use in briefings.

Physically monitor the standard of grounds all maintenance works to ensure that the integrity and Op delivery of the site is not compromised

Liaise with Mess and Building Managers to arrange access for contractors and to ensure that commissioned works have been carried out on time and to the required standard

Accompany OC Base or his delegate on 1PA rounds taking appropriate action on specific concerns/points/defects raised and/or identified

Act as the Energy Efficiency Officers representative in a practical manner by checking for energy wastage within the site

Represent/cohere the Building Managers at meetings/briefings in respect of programmed works and maintenance
