Job Summary
Pinerium is seeking a knowledgeable and engaging Zoho Trainer to lead and deliver comprehensive training programs on Zoho applications for internal employees external clients partners and academic institutions. This role is pivotal to our mission of ensuring all stakeholders are equipped to implement operate and maximize value from Zoho CRM Zoho One and the full Zoho suite.
The ideal candidate will be both technically proficient and an excellent communicator capable of translating technical features into understandable practical workflows.
Responsibilities

Design and deliver structured training sessions on Zoho products including Zoho CRM Zoho Books Zoho Desk Zoho Projects Zoho People and others.

Customize content to suit different audiences: internal departments client teams customer support agents and academic faculty.

Prepare training materials including slide decks user guides hands-on exercises and certification assessments.

Deliver live workshops (onsite or virtual) 1:1 coaching and recorded webinars.

Assist Pinerium Academy in creating learning paths and certification programs for various user levels.

Stay updated with Zoho product updates new features and best practices.

Evaluate training effectiveness and provide post-session reports and feedback analysis.

Support onboarding of new employees by managing Zoho tool enablement.

Train departments on specific configurations or use cases based on their operational needs.

Coordinate with the Zoho technical team and Zoho partner support to align training with latest product standards.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Information Technology Education or a related field.
- 1 3 years of experience in training Zoho consulting or Zoho user enablement.
- Strong command of Zoho applications especially Zoho CRM Zoho Desk Zoho Projects Zoho Books and Zoho One.
- Train-the-Trainer (TOT) certification or equivalent instructional design/training qualification is required.
- Experience conducting both in-person and online training sessions.
- Excellent presentation public speaking and written communication skills.
- Ability to design clear practical training content tailored to specific audiences.
- Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Zoho certifications (e.g. CRM Consultant Creator Developer) are a strong advantage.
- Familiarity with LMS tools or digital training platforms is preferred.
- Additional Requirement: Candidate must have their own laptop.
- Must be a non smoker (all types)
