Job Summary

Medical Director opportunity in Bellingham WA

Great opportunity to lead a team of 25 physicians and 7 advanced practice providers (APPs) in Bellingham WA. Work alongside associate medical directors clinical performance nurses program manager & coordinator.

Position Highlights:

Provide high-quality comprehensive medical care
Our hospital has a closed ICU during the day with 24/7 intensivist support and we dont require procedures or codes.
Provide clinical oversight for the team while building strong relationships with our hospital partner leadership
This role offers a balanced blend of clinical responsibilities and dedicated administrative time to support both patient care and leadership or program development efforts.

Qualifications:

Internal Medicine or Family Medicine trained physicians welcome to apply.
Minimum of 2 years formal hospital-based leadership experience required.
