Our client is looking for a Womens Health Nurse Practitioner (WHNP) to join their team. Our client is offering the following:
$112000 $144000 Salary

Requirements:
Current Illinois WHNP License required
New Graduates Welcome to Apply
Responsibilities:
4 Days Per Week (8:30 6:30 P.M.) or MondayFriday (8:00 5:00 P.M.)
Provide comprehensive outpatient womens health services including annual exams preventive care contraceptive management STI screening and treatment prenatal and postpartum care and menopausal management
Perform routine gynecologic procedures such as Pap smears breast exams pregnancy testing and family planning counseling
Establish and maintain accurate problem lists medication lists and documentation necessary to longitudinally follow patients within the FQHC setting
Collaborate and consult with patients families nursing staff medical assistants behavioral health providers and other midlevel and physician providers to deliver coordinated team-based care
Deliver care under the direction of designated supervising physicians following established clinical protocols evidence-based guidelines and FQHC standards of care
Provide care across multiple outpatient clinic sites as needed
Address health disparities and provide culturally competent care to a diverse and often underserved patient population
Attend mandatory staff meetings quality improvement initiatives and in-service trainings
Complete all documentation required by regulatory agencies (HRSA state and federal) in a timely manner
Document all patient care accurately and promptly in eClinicalWorks
