A Senior Project Manager/Lead Project Manager/Senior Construction Project Manager is required to join a leading mechanical contractor delivering a flagship $22M boiler and chiller plant renovation in Phoenix

Senior Project Manager/Lead Project Manager/Senior Construction Project Manager will lead the full mechanical and plumbing scope both self-performed and subcontracted work while driving delivery coordination customer satisfaction and project profitability.

An ideal Senior Project Manager/Lead Project Manager/Senior Construction Project Manager 1015 years of mechanical/HVAC project management experience.

Package & Location

$150000 $180000 base salary depending on experience

Scope: Boiler & chiller plant renovation (comfort cooling & heating systems)

Senior Project Manager/Lead Project Manager/Senior Construction Project Manager Responsibilities:

• Drive full delivery of a large-scale mechanical renovation project
• Lead self-perform mechanical and plumbing teams
• Manage subcontractors and coordinate with engineering and design groups
• Oversee scheduling labor loading and overall project strategy
• Ensure milestones safety cost controls and timeline objectives are achieved

Technical Expertise

• Strong HVAC system knowledge is mandatory
• Ability to operate confidently in a design-build environment
• Interpret drawings identify issues propose technical solutions and collaborate with engineers
• Manage complex mechanical plant upgrades heavy commercial systems and MEP interfaces

Customer & Stakeholder Management

• Act as the primary customer-facing representative
• Build strong relationships with owners engineers and partner contractors
• Represent the business professionally in a high-touch low-sales environment
• Maintain excellent communication and customer satisfaction throughout the project

• Strong BIM and coordination capability (AutoCAD Navisworks Procore BIM 360 etc.)
