Apoiar o departamento de Comunicação da Warner Bros. Discovery Brasil na divulgação de seus programas talentos e marcas junto à imprensa e influenciadores. Apoiar iniciativas de comunicação interna comunicação corporativa gestão financeira do departamento e contato com fornecedores.
Suas responsabilidades:
- Apoiar a elaboração de newsletters e comunicados internos;
- Gerenciar materiais de RP (upload de vídeos imagens e cobertura da imprensa para compartilhar com as equipes);
- Gerenciar pagamentos e fluxos de pedidos de compra do departamento;
- Apoiar a elaboração de press kits e outros materiais de imprensa;
- Controlar e processar o cadastro e os pagamentos de fornecedores;
- Apoiar a organização de eventos internos e externos;
Qualificações e experiências:
- Estudante de Relações Públicas Administração ou Jornalismo do período NOTURNO com formação prevista para Dezembro/27 ou posterior;
- Excelente comunicação escrita e interpessoal;
- Muito boa organização;
- Conhecimento em Microsoft Office - principalmente Excel;
- Fluência em inglês e/ou espanhol (oral e escrita);
- Afinidade com mídias sociais e online;
Outros diferenciais:
- Conhecimento em design gráfico;
- Habilidades financeiras.
