We are also part of AdventHealth a unified health system with over 50 hospital campuses and hundreds of care sites in diverse markets throughout 9 Medicine AdventHealth has an exciting APN opportunity in our Family Medicine clinic in Woodridge. This role will be part clinical and part administrative. 1-3 years of experience preferredMust be able to work independently and in collaboration with attending PhysicianMust have experience in full spectrum Family MedicineAPN will see acute patients only for clinic; approximately 8 patients per dayAdministrative work to include: triage EMR inboxes refill medications review labs and controlled substances for physicians on PTO medical leave Inbox management for assigned PhysiciansAnnual Salary: $115K - $125KQualificationsEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:Masters degree in Nursing LICENSURE CERTIFICATION OR REGISTRATION REQUIRED:BLS Provider credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Credentials are verified by local staff credentialing Certification requiredNurse Practitioner credentialed from the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Credentials are verified by local staff credentialing officeDrug Enforcement Admin credentialed from the Drug Enforcement Administration.
