We are seeking a passionate Program Supervisorto join our Outpatient Therapy Team (OPT) to lead mentor and support clinicians in delivering excellent patient care for mental health and substance use in our outpatient clinic in Whiteville NC

This position follows a Monday through Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with some evening flexibility based on program and client needs.

We also offer a full benefits package for benefits-eligible positions.

Competitive salary: $65000 to $74000 for this full-time exempt position

What Were Looking For

To join our team as the Program Supervisor you must have in-depth knowledge of different therapeutic approaches and group techniques as well as their practical application possess top-tier communication skills be adept at problem-solving and de-escalation in times of crisis and be able to provide on-call support. We also require:

Full MH licensure:LCSW LCMHC
Minimum of three to five years of supervisory experience in substance use preferred
Maintain a valid state-appropriate drivers license and auto insurance for personal and agency vehicles utilized for work
