Your profile
- Five to eight years(5-8)of professional experience in contributing to strategic studies and evaluations andin consultancy policy research or applied research with a proven track record in business development and securing contracts.
- A solid understanding of EU policies in research and innovationis preferred although a keen interest in these areas may also be suitable for the right candidate.
- Coordination skills including the ability to contribute to multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines with an interest in supporting and growing project management skills.
- Excellentcommunication skills including the ability to write clear and concise evidence-based reports and deliver engaging presentations.
- Stronganalytical skills with the ability to conduct rigorous studies and draw insightful conclusions from data.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a teamfrom diverse backgrounds andable to deliver tasks under tight deadlines with a problem-solving mindset.
- A previous experience working in an advisory/consultancy firmis a mandatory requirement.
- Excellent command of spoken and written Englishis essential and fluency in other European languages is considered an asset.
Your responsibilities
Lead efforts to identify new business opportunities and expand our client base.
Prepare and submit winning proposals and tenders for EU and international clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients partners and external experts.
Contribute to the strategic growth of our R&I practice.
Play a visible role in positioning Technopolis Group as a trusted partner for high-impact EU projects.
Lead and deliver projects
Manage and deliver high-quality consulting assignments on climate environmental and biodiversity policies.
Design and apply innovative methodological approaches to answer complex policy questions.
Conduct research interviews data analysis and stakeholder consultations.
Draft analytical reports and policy papers for clients and decision-makers.
Oversee project delivery budgets and timelines to ensure excellence.
Support team development
Mentor and support junior colleagues.
Collaborate with colleagues across Technopolis Groups international offices to deliver impactful cross-border projects
