Work Set-Up: Onsite onboarding for 24 weeks followed by a transition to a work-from-home setup.
Work Schedule: Night Shift (Following U.S Time Zone)
Salary Package: 50000 PHP to 70000 PHP/Monthly
Job Summary:
The client is a premier engineering-based cost segregation provider in the United States. Cost segregation is the method of re-classifying components and improvements of your commercial building from real property to personal property resulting in significant tax savings for the property owner.
Responsibilities include:
- Analyze various financial architectural and construction documentation.
- Determine building component costs of commercial properties through estimating techniques and actual cost records.
- Prepare cost segregation reports for upper management review.
- Manage workflow to ensure project completion within client and internal deadlines.
Skills and Experience:
- Bachelors degree in construction management engineering industrial technology or related field.
- Recent graduate and/or candidates with 0-3 years of experience to be considered.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Detail Oriented
- Able to work in fast paced high-volume environment.
