Job Summary

SC&H is seeking a highly motivated IT Specialist to join our team. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and strong analytical skills to support system administration data management and process improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities

Manage and administer software applications including user access system features and data quality.
Support ETL processes for data sources that require transformation.
Perform database tasks such as querying updating and automating data transfers.
Understand CRM components and their role in organizational workflows.
Provide support and enhancements for Office 365 tools (SharePoint Teams OneDrive).
Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using Power BI.
Write scripts and programs in Python SQL JavaScript or similar languages to improve processes.
Utilize advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and solve business process challenges.

Advanced Excel skills.

Preferred/Bonus Skills

Experience with Azure Data Factory Power Apps or Power Automate.
Willingness to learn advanced Microsoft technologies.

The expected annual base salary for this position is $. Salary offers are made based on a variety of candidate specific factors such as candidates skills performance job responsibilities prior relevant experience certain degrees and certifications and market considerations.
