Whats your day like

As a Clinical Coordinator at Southwest Health System your day-to-day responsibilities will be both dynamic and impactful. You will oversee the coordination of patient care ensuring that all procedures and services align with our commitment to excellence. This includes managing clinical staff schedules facilitating communication between departments and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Each day you will assess patient needs implement care plans and monitor outcomes to enhance overall service delivery. You will also lead daily team meetings fostering a culture of collaboration and support. Your role will involve training and mentoring new staff members ensuring they understand our empathetic and customer-centric approach.

Additionally you will gather and analyze patient feedback to continually improve our services. With each task youll contribute to creating a nurturing environment that prioritizes both patient care and staff satisfaction.

Regulatory Requirements:

  • Current state Registered Nurse Licensure within state of Colorado. Compact license accepted and Colorado License must be obtained within first 90 days of hire.
  • Current BLS Certification.
  • Current PALS certification within 6 months of hire.
  • Current ACLS certification within 6 months of hire.

Experience:

  • Minimum three years of RN experience.
  • Minimum one-year supervisory experience.

Knowledge Skills and Abilities (KSAs):

  • Authorized to make schedule modifications as operational needs arise following guidance from the manager and within the approved staffing plan.
  • Leads efforts to ensure all staff are proficient in and follow established policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with peers to support workflow improvements.
  • Collaborate with staff and management to ensure reported events are appropriately addressed and resolved.
  • Supports shift-level operations and day-to-day team performance ensuring tasks are completed.
