Job Summary
Licensed Practical Nurse Travel
Location: Across NM State
Status: Contract / Travel
Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated Travel LPN to join our team and support healthcare operations at multiple facilities across New Mexico. This role includes assignments in SNFs LTC facilities rehab centers outpatient clinics and acute-care environments. Candidates should be adaptable organized and committed to superior patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver bedside and clinical care under RN/physician supervision
- Monitor patient conditions and document all assessments
- Administer medications treatments and injections per guidelines
- Provide wound management and collect specimens as needed
- Assist with ADLs mobility support and patient comfort measures
- Ensure complete accurate and timely electronic documentation
- Maintain effective communication with staff patients and caregivers
- Comply with safety and regulatory requirements
- Travel throughout New Mexico based on assignment needs
Required Qualifications
- Active NM LPN license
- Minimum 1 year of recent LPN experience across clinical environments
- AHA BLS certification required
- EMR proficiency and adaptability to new systems
- Reliable detail-oriented and strong interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous travel assignments
- Experience in SNF LTC outpatient acute or rehab settings
- Independent work ethic and flexibility
- Spanish-speaking ability a plus
