Job summary
You will provide operational support and for the PAS infrastructure handling incidents and processing service request. This role focuses on supporting and coaching PAS Level 1 support delivering engineering-level input into operational improvements and maintaining up-to-date Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure compliance and clarity in daily operations. You will need to deliver proactive and structured support aligned with ITIL processes focusing on service improvement.
Responsibilities:
- Incident handling and service request processing
- Corrective maintenance and Performance monitoring
- Deployment/activation of change packages submitted by L3
- Triggering and managing the L1
- Creation and management of site collections (web portals).
- Deployment of SharePoint applications
- Management of updates and patches
- Administration of key services such as Managed Metadata User Profiles and Search Services
- Tuning Database and performance
- Check health SharePoint farms

- Event Management - beginner

- Service Level Management - beginner

Required Skills & Experience:
- IaaS DMZ SSI beginner
- PAS intermediate
- Microsoft SharePoint basics intermediate
- VMWare basics intermediate
- knowledge of Database management (SQL server Oracle MySQL) beginner
- knowledge on web hosting (IIS & Apache) intermediate
- Installation and initial configuration of SharePoint components. intermediate
- Create and manage site collections. intermediate
- User access and authorization management (role assignment SharePoint group management) intermediate
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. intermediate
- Monitoring of system alerts and resolution of minor incidents. intermediate
- Monitoring of application (Web hosting & database) usage and storage space. intermediate
- Implementation of security and compliance policies (Security patch updates) intermediate
- Able to follow technical procedures intermediate
- Fluent English
