Position Overview
The Marketing & Communications Operations Specialist supports the Enterprise Marketing & Communications organization by coordinating and managing projects that enable efficient planning collaboration communication and digital marketing initiatives.
This role will work closely with the Marketing Operations Manager to maintain project workflows optimize processes and ensure successful delivery of digital projects such as website enhancements marketing platform updates content system implementations and SEO-related initiatives.
In addition this role will help to enable marketing and communications campaigns by supporting the broader MarCom Operations technology stack which includes a suite of SaaS and PaaS platforms such as Magnolia CMS Cerkl Broadcast Wrike HubSpot and other enterprise tools. The Specialist will assist with the ongoing development maintenance and enhancement of these platforms to ensure a seamless integrated digital experience and operational efficiency across the enterprise.
Initially this position will provide project coordination and platform management support with opportunities to grow into independently managing complex marketing and communications projects and digital initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Support the setup scheduling and management of projects in Wrike
Track deliverables timelines and dependencies to ensure project success
Coordinate cross-functional collaboration between Divisional/Segment Marketing Enterprise Marketing & Communications and other departments
Prepare and maintain project reports dashboards and documentation
Develop and update standards process documentation and governance materials
Assist with website authoring and SEO strategy implementation initiatives
Utilize and support digital marketing and communications platforms including Magnolia Cerkl Broadcast and HubSpot
Support continuous improvement of project workflows and communication processes
Required Qualifications
Education:
Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Business Administration Project Management or a related field.
Certification (e.g. CAPM or entry-level PMP coursework) is a plus but not required.
Experience:
2-5 years of experience in project coordination marketing operations or project management.
Experience supporting web development or SEO-related projects preferred.
Previous exposure to project management platforms and collaboration tools (e.g. Wrike SharePoint Teams) is highly desirable.
Language:
Fluency in English with strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to convey information clearly and professionally across formats and audiences.
