The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the completion of residential projects managing sub-contractors ensuring health and safety compliance and delivering exceptional customer service. The Role:

Manage sub-contractors and field crews to ensure timely project completion
Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and procedures
Plan and programme work schedules to meet project deadlines
Attend and actively participate in weekly site meetings
Coordinate work in line with plans and specifications
Provide clients with regular updated project schedules
Control costs in accordance with project budgets

The Person:

5 years experience in a similar residential project management role
Ability to handle multi-skilled developments in both public and private sectors
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Excellent communication prioritisation and organisational skills
Positive attitude and a highly organised detail-oriented approach
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced challenging environment
