Job Title: Occupational Therapist (OT) Float
Location: Ashburn VA 20148
Contract Duration: 16 Weeks
Shift: Day Shift
Schedule: 8:00 AM 3:30 PM
Pay Rate: $50 $53/hour
Position Overview
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking Occupational Therapist (OT) Floatfor an exciting job in Ashburn VA.
Responsibilities
Provide occupational therapy services across various school locations as assigned
Conduct assessments of students physical sensory and developmental needs
Develop implement and update Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
Support students in improving fine motor skills sensory processing and daily functional abilities
Collaborate effectively with teachers parents and interdisciplinary school teams
Maintain accurate and timely documentation including evaluations progress notes and treatment outcomes
Ensure adherence to school district guidelines state regulations and professional standards
Required Skills & Qualifications
Active valid and unrestricted Occupational Therapist (OT) license
Strong flexibility and ability to work across multiple sites
Excellent communication interpersonal and documentation skills
Previous school-based experience preferred but not required
