Position Overview

Seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support students in a school-based setting. This is an in-person only role for the school year. The position runs Monday through Friday with a 30-minute unpaid lunch break totaling 30 billable hours per week.

Requirements

Active RBT Certification (must be in hand at time of submission)
CPI Certification required
Must be able to work on-site/in person
California-based candidates preferred but out-of-state applicants are welcome

Job Duties

Provide behavior intervention services under supervision of a BCBA or qualified supervisor.
Implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
Support students in academic social and behavioral goals within classroom and school environments.
Collect and record behavior data accurately and consistently.
Assist with crisis intervention following CPI training protocols.
Collaborate with teachers staff and support teams to promote student success.
Maintain professionalism and adhere to school district policies.
