This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a collaborative team that values whole-person care and clinical established community practicePart-Time 30 hours per week (.76 FTE)1:4 callPatient friendly hours include: 1 evening per week and 1 Saturday morning per monthOther specialty practices on siteLab and Xray on sitePTO and CMEOccurrence-based malpractice insuranceAnnual Salary: $167-212K QualificationsREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:Education/TrainingGraduate of an accredited medical school and US residency programCurrent Illinois Physician medical license in good standingBoard Certified/Eligible required
