- Dedicated to finding and assisting new prospects become our clients
- You will find the right insurance fit for them and managing the point of sale
- Deliver professional WOW service to every prospective client
- Act as a Brand Ambassador for our client in the community
- Leverage our advanced tools for lead management and sales tracking
- Collaborate with the team to support campaigns and outreach initiatives
- Stay current on personal line insurance products and industry trend
Requirements:
What You Bring
- RIBO license required; additional provincial licenses are a strong asset
- High degree of professionalism
- 1 years of experience in insurance sales or client advisory
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Tech-savvycomfortable with CRM systems and digital tools
- Driven energetic and committed to client success
- Committed to excellence in following a sales process
- Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written
- Ability to prioritize in a busy environment to meet tight deadlines
- Flexible and adaptable with proven problem-solving skills
- Works well within a team and independently
- Attention to detail
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
