Responsibilities
- Calculate the customers bill using the dealerships computer system
- Handle processing aftermarket claims for payment
- Assist the managers with various clerical duties as needed (filing phones etc.)
- Familiarize yourself with department structures & internal procedures for communicating efficiently
Qualifications
- CDK experience preferred not required
- Positive attitude can-do mentality confident outgoing personality eagerness to improve
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Professional attitude and the ability to deliver best-in-class customer service
- Reliable transportation to and from work every single day
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record
- Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen
- Available to work flexible hours on weeknights & weekends
