We are seeking a skilled and strategic Operations Manager to support and optimise the delivery of large-scale contracted services across Australia. This is a key leadership role for someone who thrives in complex operational environments enjoys collaborating with diverse stakeholder groups and is passionate about achieving high-quality commercially viable service delivery outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead operational delivery to ensure services are aligned with performance quality and compliance requirements.
- Support the development and implementation of operational plans service delivery frameworks and delivery models.
- Monitor performance metrics operational KPIs and reporting requirements.
- Build strong relationships with internal teams suppliers and external partners to ensure successful service outcomes.
- Support contract administration operational governance resource utilisation and improvement activities.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives quality frameworks system optimisation and operational maturity uplift.
About You
You are an experienced operational leader with strong problem-solving capability commercial thinking and the ability to lead in a fast-paced environment. You are confident working with teams to balance contractual expectations service requirements and operational realities.
Essential:
- Bachelors degree in business commerce management or equivalent experience.
- Experience delivering operational programs or projects involving multiple stakeholders.
- Strong communication leadership and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
- Ability to prioritise influence and deliver outcomes in complex or dynamic settings.
- Working understanding of financial controls reporting and operational governance.
Desirable:
- Experience in healthcare services operations governance or compliance environments.
- Contract management exposure or experience supporting service delivery frameworks.
- Experience leading multidisciplinary or distributed operational teams.
