• Support the Spa Manager in daily operations staff leadership and overall spa performance
  
  
• Drive sales customer service excellence and membership growth
  
  
• Maintain a minimum monthly membership conversion rate of 15%
  
  
• Coach and motivate front desk associates to meet individual and team goals
  
  
• Deliver outstanding guest experiences and resolve customer concerns professionally
  
  
• Monitor schedules handle shift coverage and assist with staff training and development
  
  
• Ensure compliance with company policies procedures and brand standards
  
  
• Accurately handle POS transactions reporting and operational tasks
  
  

• Proven experience in sales customer service or retail management
  
  
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced goal-oriented environment
  
  
• Strong communication leadership and problem-solving skills
  
  
• Experience working with commissions incentives and performance metrics
  
  
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings weekends and holidays
