What Youll Do:

• Collaborate closely with a team of attorneys and legal support staff who genuinely have each others backs.

• Develop case strategies and manage diverse immigration matters from start to finish.

• Handle family-based petitions federal immigration litigation and removal defense.

• Draft legal documents including motions briefs and responses to NOIDs and RFEs.

• Prepare clients for court and USCIS interviews; attend hearings and interviews as needed.

• Conduct detailed legal research and maintain timely communication with clients.

• Keep accurate case files and notes using our client management system.

What Were Looking For:

• Juris Doctor and active bar admission (any state)

• Fluent in Spanish-our clients stories are told in many languages

• Strong legal writing research and analytical skills

• Ethical motivated and able to thrive in a team-oriented setting

• Immigration law experience highly preferred especially in family-based and deportation defense

• Previous case management experience a plus
