Summary:

The Chief Financial Officer oversees Memorial Hospital Miramars financial planning budgeting and ongoing adherence to budget as well as policies and practices in collaboration with executive leadership.

Responsibilities:

Recommends current financial and industry trends for cost effective and efficient as liaison for financial matters between the hospital and executive leadership management financial institutions and regulatory as a member of the leadership team and participates in development of the organizations vision policies and short/long-term the hospitals financial accounting budgeting audit/controls/standards/activities and statistical reporting.

Additional Job Information:

Complexity of Work: Deep understanding of hospital finance healthcare reimbursement and regulatory Work Experience: Minimum of ten (10) years of progressive financial leadership experience. Experience as a senior financial executive in a hospital or health system managing financial Information: Additional Education Information: Masters degree in Finance Accounting Business Administration or a related field Certification Information: CPA certification is preferred but not required.
