Position: Full-Time Nurse Practitioner
Compensation: $55-$65 per hour
Schedule: Onsite Mon-Fri

Role as Nurse Practitioner:
The Nurse Practitioner provides advanced nursing care under the supervision of the Medical Director; may also be directed by Nurse Supervisor for the clinic under the state licensure guidelines for Nurse Practitioners; evaluates and monitors treatment of patients as part of a healthcare team at the clinic. May prescribe medication as allowed by state regulation.
Role Responsibilities:
Compensation for roles at Springfield CTC varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific location role skill set and level of experience. Springfield CTC provides a reasonable hourly range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Massachusetts as set forth below.
Education & Experience Requirements:
Previous experience in addiction recovery or behavioral health settings such as outpatient residential or correctional facilitiespreferred
Familiarity with Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) including methadone buprenorphine and naltrexone.
Familiarity with state regulatory standards (e.g. 42 CFR Part 2 HIPAA Joint Commission standards).
No history of alcohol or drug misuse for a period of three years before employment
