Job Summary
The Maintenance Mechanic II is required to have sufficient knowledge and ability to effectively maintain and operate all aspects of physical plant. Physical Plant consists of all buildings grounds equipment and systems owned or operated by Hugh Chatham Memorial Hospital.
Education and Formal Training: High school graduate or equivalent and a 1 year certificate from Technical School in a trade or related field or more 5 years experience in plant operations.
Work Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in directly related field preferred.
Knowledge Skills. And Abilities Required: Basic HVAC Plumbing Electrical Control work Blueprint reading and general construction.
