Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:
- Meet and greet customers in a professional manner in-person & on the phone
- Schedule Appointments and coordinate remote experiences for customers
- Coordinate loaner fleet tracking incoming and outgoing vehicles
- Provide basic information to callers who have general inquiries
- Handle customer complaints with integrity and poise
- Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing scanning faxing and copying
- Maintain office supplies for specific location
Customer Service Representative Requirements:
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Experience using Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to work effectively with customers vendors and employees while handling multiple tasks simultaneously
- Willing to submit to a drug screen & background check
- CDK DMS proficiency preferred but not required
