As a PT PQP Product & Strategy Leader you will be at the forefront of shaping our PQP product portfolio and strategic direction.
The product types involved are: Air core reactors capacitors capacitive compensation and Filters.
You will directly lead the Air Core Reactor Product and Strategy Leader as well as the Capacitor and Filter Product Leader.
You will lead cross-functional teams to develop and execute product strategies that drive growth enhance customer satisfaction and maintain a competitive edge in the market.
You will report to the PT Product and Strategy Leader.
You will as well drive the PT Commercial PQP function for which you will report functionally to the PT Commercial Leader and get targets accordingly for the commercial activity
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Vision & Strategy: Define and communicate the PQP product vision and strategy ensuring it aligns with overall business goals and market opportunities.
- Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify trends customer needs and competitive landscape. Use insights to inform product roadmap and strategic decisions.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams including product management engineering marketing sales and customer success to deliver product initiatives and support the business development objectives.
- Roadmap Development: Create and maintain a comprehensive PQP product roadmap that prioritizes features and initiatives based on market insights and business objectives. Support the different growth areas in all 3 PQP products.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather input on product requirements and commercial viability. Ensure alignment across teams on product goals and strategies.
- Performance Metrics: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and impact on business goals.
- Innovation & Differentiation: Identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation in the market. Drive initiatives to enhance PQP product offerings and stay ahead of competitors.
- Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new AIS products and features ensuring successful launch and adoption.
- Customer-Centric Approach: Foster a customer-centric culture within the organization ensuring that product decisions are driven by customer needs and feedback.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in engineering or a related field as a minimum. Masters degree or MBA preferred.
- Proven experience in business development or product management functions.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics customer behavior and competitive landscape.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
- Outstanding leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire and align cross-functional teams.
- Experience with product lifecycle management and agile methodologies.
- Track record of successfully launching and scaling products in a competitive market.
- Willing to travel around 90% of the time.
