DevOps Consultant, AWSI Delivery India

AWS Sales Marketing and Global Services (SMGS) is responsible for driving revenue adoption and growth from the largest and fastest growing small- and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level customers including public sector.

The DevOps operating model is the combination of cultural philosophies practices and tools that helps organizations deliver end-to-end applications and infrastructure solutions safely and at high velocity. The DevOps Consultant is the emerging leader with previous experience in a lead DevOps role. The Consultant will assist on larger projects or run smaller opportunities independently. A successful candidate has technical depth and hands-on implementation experience of various practices and tools in the DevOps toolchain. The Consultant is comfortable rolling up their sleeves to design and code modules for infrastructure application and processes.

Our Consultants work with global enterprise customers locally and globally. As such Consultants will be required to travel to client locations to deliver professional services solutions as needed.

- Knowledge of the primary aws services (ec2 elb rds route53 & s3)
- Experience implementing AWS services in a variety of distributed computing environments
- Bachelors degree in business administration finance economics computer science data science engineering or other related field

- 5 years of IT implementation experience
- Experience and technical expertise (design and implementation) in cloud computing technologies
- Experience leading the design development and deployment of business software at scale or recent hands-on technology infrastructure network compute storage and virtualization experience
