Pavion and our family of companies is seeking a talented and motivated Billing Associate to join our shared services team.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Prepare and issue accurate customer invoices in a timely manner. Review billing data for accuracy and completeness before processing. Assist with maintaining billing records and supporting documentation. Process credit memos adjustments and rebills as required
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding invoices payments and billing discrepancies
- Maintain compliance with company policies procedures and internal controls. Assist with ad-hoc reporting and special projects as needed
- Other duties as assigned
Basic Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- 03 years of experience in billing accounts receivable or general office/administrative work
- Ability to learn new systems quickly; ERP or billing software experience a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel Word Outlook)
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP Oracle or Microsoft Dynamics
