You will partner with India Finance APJ Finance and Commercial organizations within the Laboratory Products Division (LPD) to provide pricing support sales and pricing analytics to drive growth and profitability for the division.

Key Responsibilities:-

Provide support to country finance APJ commercial teams on pricing quoting and invoicing matters.

Responsible for developing deploying and ingraining operating efficiencies in Pricing

Develop and implement a strong business process

Ensure internal & SOX controls are followed.

Ensuring SPR is in line with approval matrix and internal divisional process.

Support Annual List Price exercise. Provide analysis and partner with APJ and Country commercial teams to work out list prices. Liaise with factories to upload list prices.

Working on building efficient & strong pricing process.

Perform margin analysis on discount requests.

Support process improvement projects to drive standardization and improvement on pricing sales and reporting process.

Analyze trend and suggest price increase/growth opportunity.

Coordinate on day-to-day basis with other functional teams including Commercial Finance and Supply Chain Factories AR APAC etc.

Collaborate and drive automation and simplification of key projects and work towards improving overall TAT and process quality.

Perform analysis on sales ASP and realized price to drive profitability and growth.

Timely & accurate reporting of pricing update and highlight growth areas.

Requirements/Qualifications

• Business or Finance related degree with 2-3 years of experience
• Strong interpersonal analytical skills & customer service orientation
• Excellent digital literacy (Excel Word)
• Highly analytical with strong business sense
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
• Ability to multi-task meet timelines and be able to adapt in a fast-paced work environment
• Ability to balance multiple expectations in a typical Matrix Organization structure
• Ability to develop high levels of credibility and positive professional relationships with subordinates peers and upper management are prerequisites to success in this position
