What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Provide tailored mortgage and protection advice across residential buy-to-let and specialist lending.
• Build long-term relationships with clients introducers and lenders.
• Stay informed on products lender criteria and market shifts.
• Maintain accurate records and meet compliance standards.
• Share knowledge insights and problem-solving approaches with the wider team.
• Demonstrate a values-driven approach focused on integrity learning and client success.

What Were Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Proven experience as a Mortgage Broker or Mortgage Advisor.
• CeMAP or equivalent qualification.
• Strong track record of positive client outcomes.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases proactively.
• Team-oriented mindset with a solutions-focused approach.
