Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced IBM BPM professional with hands-on expertise in both development and administration. The candidate will be responsible for designing developing deploying and maintaining business process applications while ensuring smooth operation and performance of the BPM environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop business process solutions using IBM BPM tools.
Manage BPM environments including configuration deployment and maintenance.
Handle user management access control and environment monitoring.
Troubleshoot process and system issues to ensure smooth BPM operations.
Support upgrades patches and performance tuning activities.
Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver BPM-based solutions.

Required Experience:

Hands-on experience in IBM BPM development and administration.
Proven ability to manage full BPM lifecycle - design deploy monitor and maintain.
Strong understanding of BPM best practices and process optimization.
