How will you make an impact

We are looking for a People Technology Analyst Functional to join our team specializing in Workday HCM Absence Management and Reporting. This role will play a critical part in optimizing HR processes ensuring data accuracy and enabling strategic decision-making through analytics and reporting.

Key elements of the role include:

Workday Functional Support

Provide subject matter expertise in Workday HCM and Absence modules.
Configure and maintain business processes security roles and organizational structures.
Support HR operations by resolving functional issues and advising on best practices.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement functional enhancements.

Reporting and Analytics

Develop and maintain custom and standard reports in Workday.
Partner with People Analytics to deliver insights through dashboards and visualizations
Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reporting tools.
Support ad-hoc reporting needs for HR Finance and leadership teams.

Data Management

Maintain data integrity across HR systems through audits and validations
Support mass data uploads and corrections using EIBs and other tools.
Collaborate with HR teams to ensure timely and accurate data entry and updates.

Stakeholder Engagement

Act as a liaison between HR IT and other business units to ensure alignment on system usage and data needs.
Provide training and documentation for HR users on system functionality and reporting.

Governance and Compliance

Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g. GDPR HIPAA).
Participate in audits and risk assessments related to HR data and systems.
Maintain documentation for functional configurations and reporting processes.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Human Resources Information Systems Business Administration or related field.
3 years of experience in HRIS or People Technology roles with a focus on Workday HCM and Absence.
Strong understanding of Workday reporting tools (Advanced Matrix Composite reports).
Experience with data management and analytics platforms (e.g. Power BI Tableau).

Project management experience or certification (e.g. Agile PMP).
