How will you make an impact
We are looking for a People Technology Analyst Functional to join our team specializing in Workday HCM Absence Management and Reporting. This role will play a critical part in optimizing HR processes ensuring data accuracy and enabling strategic decision-making through analytics and reporting.
Key elements of the role include:
Workday Functional Support
- Provide subject matter expertise in Workday HCM and Absence modules.
- Configure and maintain business processes security roles and organizational structures.
- Support HR operations by resolving functional issues and advising on best practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement functional enhancements.
Reporting and Analytics
- Develop and maintain custom and standard reports in Workday.
- Partner with People Analytics to deliver insights through dashboards and visualizations
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reporting tools.
- Support ad-hoc reporting needs for HR Finance and leadership teams.
Data Management
- Maintain data integrity across HR systems through audits and validations
- Support mass data uploads and corrections using EIBs and other tools.
- Collaborate with HR teams to ensure timely and accurate data entry and updates.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Act as a liaison between HR IT and other business units to ensure alignment on system usage and data needs.
- Provide training and documentation for HR users on system functionality and reporting.
Governance and Compliance
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g. GDPR HIPAA).
- Participate in audits and risk assessments related to HR data and systems.
- Maintain documentation for functional configurations and reporting processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Information Systems Business Administration or related field.
- 3 years of experience in HRIS or People Technology roles with a focus on Workday HCM and Absence.
- Strong understanding of Workday reporting tools (Advanced Matrix Composite reports).
- Experience with data management and analytics platforms (e.g. Power BI Tableau).
