Job Summary
We are seeking a Lead Doctor of Chiropractor / Clinic Director to become an integral part of our team! New state-of-the-art clinic in the Seattle metro area looking for the right doctor who wants to lead the clinic towards success.

Responsibilities:
- Consult with patients by reviewing health and medical histories; questioning observing and examining patients.
- Evaluate patients neuromusculoskeletal systems and the spine using chiropractic diagnosis to determine neuromusculoskeletal and spine-related conditions.
- Perform manual adjustments to the spine or other articulations of the body in order to correct the musculoskeletal system where necessary.
- Educate patients on the quality of life benefits of routine chiropractic care. Provide a recommended course of treatment.
- Coordinate track and report key metrics/measurements related to patient management
- Maintain accurate case histories of patients.
- Obtain and record patients medical histories as indicated.
- Take diagnostic x-rays when medically necessary. Analyze X-rays in order to locate the sources of patients difficulties and to rule out fractures or diseases as sources of problems.
- Building positive doctor-patient relationships
- Maintaining accurate and timely patient records
- Execute marketing and community outreach strategies to drive new patient acquisition.
- Train and motivate the team foster a collaborative and results-oriented environment.
- Lead the clinic like its your own businessdrive growth to meet and exceed patient volume retention and revenue goals.
Qualifications Required:
- Licensed Doctor of Chiropractic (Washington State or eligible for licensure)
- Minimum 2 years of experience prior leadership or mentoring experience preferred.
- Highly coachable and adaptable to proven HealthSource systems.
- Team-oriented and results-driven.
- Thrives in a high-accountability fast-growth environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Compensation: $95000.00 - $150000.00 per year
