The Field Sales Representative is focused on actively pursuing new leads opportunities and customers in the small and medium sized market segments to drive growth either at a branch or country level. This role differs from others in that it prioritises the acquisition and expansion of the customer base ensuring the continued growth and development of the customers portfolio. The primary objective is to achieve significant market expansion and customer acquisition.
About the Job
- Responsable de la búsqueda y captación de clientes nuevos a fin de alcanzar la cuota de GP asignado
- Negociar tarifas con los clientes bajo parámetros definidos por la Gerencia Comercial y de Marketing con el objetivo de alcanzar la cuota de GP
- Presentar reportes de gestión de su cartera de clientes en las reuniones de venta para evidenciar la gestión desarrollada

- Objetivos definidos a ser medidos a través de indicadores de gestión (KPIs)
- Se proporcionan todas las herramientas para que el ejecutivo comercial pueda ser exitoso en su gestión.
