Job Summary
A healthcare provider serving assisted living residents is hiring a Medicaid-credentialed Physician Assistant for an office-based role with fully virtual clinical interactions. The PA will evaluate patients create treatment plans and coordinate care with the broader clinical team.
Responsibilities Include:
Providing virtual assessments and clinical care
Preparing detailed documentation for all encounters
Managing treatment plans and patient communication
Coordinating with the clinical team to support care delivery
Ideal Qualifications:
Must be Medicaid-credentialed
Strong clinical and communication skills
Comfortable with virtual care and remote workflows
Experience with assisted living or geriatrics preferred
Salary: $155k/Year
