Basic Qualifications:
Must be 18 years of age or older
2 years experiences required
No high school diploma GED or college degree required
Preferred Qualifications:
Customer service experience
1 year of similar work experience
Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities
- Cleaning & Maintenance:Sweeping dust mopping damp mopping vacuuming carpet extraction bonneting and spot cleaning.
- Restoration:Stripping old finishes applying new wax/sealers buffing and burnishing hard floors.
- Equipment Operation:Safely using floor scrubbers buffers extractors and other specialized tools.
- Safety:Adhering to all safety procedures handling chemicals responsibly and setting up wet floor signs.
- Reporting:Identifying and reporting floor damage maintenance needs or hazards to supervisors.
Special Projects:May involve cleaning walls windows baseboards or post-construction cleanup
