Job Title: Daily Nanny

Start Date: Mid to End of January 2026
Hours: 6.30am to 6.30pm four days per week (Wednesday off)

Job Overview:
Professional daily nanny required for a busy family with three children aged 9 14 and 17. The role focuses primarily on supporting the 9-year-old with school runs and daily routine alongside wider family support including laundry ironing and meal preparation. The current Australian nanny has been with the family for four years and speaks very highly of them and there will be a thorough handover for the new nanny. The family have a golden retriever and two cats so a pet-friendly nanny who is happy to help with occasional dog walking is important.

Responsibilities:

Taking the 9-year-old to school on the train each morning.
Collecting the 9-year-old from school in the afternoon.
Managing family washing and ironing.
Preparing all meals for the family.
Providing general support to two largely self-sufficient teenagers aged 14 and 17 as required.
Occasional walking of the familys golden retriever and being comfortable around two cats.
Maintaining a tidy and organised environment in relation to the childrens belongings and family laundry/meal areas.

Ideal Nanny:

Experienced daily nanny confident working long days (12-hour shifts).
Strong experience with school-aged children and teenagers.
Organised reliable and able to take initiative in managing family routines.
Confident travelling on public transport with a child; a driver is preferred.
Pet lover who is comfortable with a large dog and cats.
A good family cook happy to prepare fresh balanced meals.
Looking for a long-term role with a settled appreciative family following on from a nanny who has stayed four years.
