B/AR Lead - Billing and Accounts Receivable

As the B/AR Lead you willbe responsible forensuring the seamless delivery of revenue cycle processes to meet key departmental willassistin the day-to-day operations of the department whilstmonitoringthe performance of your team through reporting and regular audits identifying where additional support may berequiredand recognising high performance. You will drive a culture of continuous improvement through collaboration between colleagues and departments and with external stakeholdersidentifyingareas for opportunity and removing barriers to success.
What youll do:
Dictionary Maintenance:Act as the UK ownerof all Meditech Expanse RCSS-owned dictionaries within B/AR ensuring all changes are appropriately approved in line with internal governance.
Complex Rule Building:Design build and test complex rules (e.g. MIS rules field maps data sets) to ensureaccuratereimbursement including troubleshooting and remediation as needed.
Request Management:Manage and track dictionary requests ensuringtimelycompletionin accordance withlocal policies and following up as.
Subject Matter Expertise:Serve as a Meditech Expanse SME for the relevant application providing support guidance and best practice recommendations to colleagues.
Stakeholder Collaboration:Work closely with the UK Expanse team Parallon Meditech colleagues and stakeholders across RCSS and the wider organisation.
Best Practice & Standardisation:Promote best practice and standardisation across the UK division aligning with Parallon standards whereappropriate.
Resource Management:Line management of application analystsincluding performance management and task assignment.
Operational Oversight:Provide insight and reporting intoservice levelsmaintainreasonable request turnaround times and user education to promote quality requests.
What youll bring:
Codingexperience.
Experience with ServiceNow or other request management systems.
MEDITECH or similarEHR.
Business Analysis and projects experience.
Experienced line manager of technical teams.
Excellent organisational and communication skillswith strongmulti-levelstakeholder management abilities.
Analytical and Data driven approach to problem solvingand ability to appropriately manage task deadlines.
Proficient understanding of UK Private Healthcare Revenue Cycle technology and terminology.
Wide breadthof knowledge across the industry ororganisation.
Degree or equivalent in IT/Clinical or Business education.
